Complimentary Consultation
We will meet with you either in person or by telephone to discuss and design your travel desires. In this introduction, we’ll get to know you as well as your travel style, expectations, and interests. From there we can begin planning your dream trip.
Fees
Our professional service fee starts at $250 per itinerary. After this non-refundable fee is paid, you only pay for the cost of the trip.
Research
We then research the best options for your flights, accommodations, excursions, and destinations. We prepare research notes and perform due diligence on your behalf. We prepare a customized proposal designed to exceed your expectations. We figure out how to maximize every dollar of your trip budget and ensure fair pricing.
Booking
Once you sign off on our proposal, we book your travel reservations for hotel, air, cruise, ground transportation, and tours. After that, we confirm your travel itinerary with you prior to departure to ensure every detail has been handled.
