This week we want to share a few of our favorite food lover tips with you while on your visit to Budapest. In January, when we traveled to Budapest (we spent two additional days in the city after our river cruise voyage was over), we were thrilled to try the many food choices available to us.
The breakfasts were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea time too!
Budapest is full of wonders and is a vibrant, trendy, and cosmopolitan city. We will share more about its awesomeness next week.
During your visit to Budapest, take in the detailed architecture, enjoy the natural sites, and soak in the history. You must also take time to indulge in the delicious authentic dishes that are served throughout Budapest. Let us guide you to some of the best places to grab some food while there. Anyone who loves the age-old delicacy marzipan must-visit Szamos Marzipan. It is a museum in honor of the artists Mátyás Szamos and Károly Szabó. These artists started shaping marzipan into the shapes of flowers and other beautiful creations back in the 1930s, and this museum intends to keep their spirit and tasty treats alive.
